Job Summary

This role involves the creation of environmental planning reports and the evaluation of nature and species conservation concepts. As an Environmental Planner, you will conduct fieldwork and mapping, ensuring compliance with nature conservation laws and overseeing mitigation measures (such as CEF measures). You will be responsible for organizing and documenting environmental meetings and maintaining professional communication with clients, authorities, and third parties. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of office-based reporting and field-based mapping. The role offers a high degree of responsibility within a collegial, international team, supported by flexible working hours, home office options, and a company car. Required Skills

Education

University degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in Landscape Ecology, Landscape Planning, Landscape Architecture, Geography, Biology, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in environmental planning
  • Professional experience in conducting fieldwork and mapping
  • Initial professional experience in ecological construction supervision is an advantage
  • Experience in communicating with authorities and external stakeholders

Languages

German (Fluent)

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to travel for fieldwork and site visits is mandatory.
