Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician in Freising, you will join a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of dairy products through rigorous testing. Your daily responsibilities include performing chemical, physical, sensory, and microbiological laboratory examinations on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products like milk and butter. You will play a vital role in documenting results and collaborating with quality management, production, and technical departments to monitor the entire production cycle. Additionally, you will support research and development by analyzing new products and validating innovative analytical methods. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Dairy Laboratory Technician, Agricultural Technical Assistant, Biology/Chemistry Laboratory Technician, BTA (Biotechnical Assistant), CTA (Chemical Technical Assistant), or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in microbiological or chemical-physical laboratory analytics is preferred
  • Experience in the food or dairy industry is highly desirable
  • Experience working within a multi-shift system including nights and weekends
  • Experience in documenting laboratory results and collaborating with production and quality management teams

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, and night shifts) including weekends and public holidays is mandatory. Valid work permit for Germany required.
