Job Summary
This part-time position (50%) is based within the 'Water Hazard Management' unit of the Ministry for Energy Transition, Climate Protection, Environment and Nature of Schleswig-Holstein. The successful candidate will support the 'MUNIMAR' center, which serves as a central hub for the environmentally friendly recovery of ammunition from coastal waters. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategic concepts, managing the center's website as an editor, and establishing financial structures involving partners from administration, science, and industry. Additionally, the role involves event management and public budget planning. This position is ideal for professionals seeking a meaningful role in environmental safety and public protection. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt), or a University/Applied Sciences degree (Bachelor/Diplom) in a relevant field such as Economics, Administrative Science, or Management.
Experience
- Professional experience in the preparation and management of public budgets
- Experience in administrative or economic management within a public or scientific context
- Experience in event organization and coordination is preferred
- Experience in web content management and editorial tasks
- Experience applying compliance rules and budgetary principles

- This is a part-time position at 50% of standard weekly working hours. The role is permanent and located in Schleswig-Holstein. Applicants must be able to work within the German public service pay scale (E 11 TV-L).
