Job Summary
As a Team Assistant at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), you will provide essential administrative support to the Chair of N-Dimensional User Experiences and Theoretical Computer Science. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing personnel and financial matters, organizing academic events such as Game Jams and workshops, and coordinating travel arrangements. You will act as a central point of contact for student inquiries and assist with the administration of doctoral procedures and third-party funded projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who enjoys working in a creative, research-oriented environment focused on Virtual Reality, AI, and Games. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in administration, office management, or a related field.
Experience
- Completed vocational training in administration or office management
- Professional experience in a comparable administrative position
- Experience in a university or international scientific research environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in managing international and national third-party funded projects
- Experience in organizing meetings, workshops, and large-scale events
Languages
Additional
- The role is based in Garching near Munich. Candidates must be comfortable working in a diverse, international research environment. Knowledge of SAP and Typo3 is considered an advantage.
