Job Summary

This role is centered on a major IT migration project at the TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology. As a key member of the IT Operations team, you will manage the rollout of Windows 11 across approximately 200 clients, handle the installation and configuration of Microsoft 365 applications, and oversee the consolidation of rights management. Your day-to-day will involve providing first-level technical support, migrating data such as shared mailboxes, and building a support structure using the OTRS ticket system. You will also be responsible for creating user documentation and conducting training sessions. This position is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy collaborative environments and technical troubleshooting. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for Systems Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician) and/or a relevant university degree.

Experience
