As an Incident Management Dispatcher for DB InfraGO AG in Frankfurt am Main, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and punctuality of railway operations. Your primary responsibility is the coordination and dispatching of maintenance measures during technical failures to restore infrastructure functionality as quickly as possible. You will act as a central communication hub, coordinating with train controllers, operations centers, and local maintenance teams while documenting all irregularities in SAP R3. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience with technical reporting and diagnostic systems
  • Proven experience working in high-responsibility or high-pressure environments
