Job Summary

As a Senior Biologist at DB Engineering & Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable infrastructure and transport solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting field work and faunistic mapping, both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for creating species protection contributions (sAPs), faunistic planning space analyses, and environmental impact assessments. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Biology (focus on Nature Conservation, Zoology, or Ecology), Environmental and Landscape Planning, Geography, Geoecology, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in nature and species protection
  • Professional experience in creating environmental expert reports and assessments independently
  • Professional experience in project management, including budget and schedule responsibility
  • Professional experience in conducting field work and faunistic mapping
  • Professional experience in negotiating with clients and stakeholders

Languages

German (Fluent)
