As an IT Asset Manager for DB InfraGO AG, you will be responsible for the consistent compliance with guidelines, data protection, and IT security standards across the organization's operational environment. Your day-to-day activities involve the systematic inventorying of IT assets using specialized tools like SESAM, BEAM, and LeanIX, ensuring all documentation is traceable and accurate. You will act as a key point of contact for support, conducting fault analysis via ticket systems and providing assistance both in person and through Microsoft Teams. A significant part of the role involves steering system replacements and managing change requests in coordination with internal partners.
