This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the newly established Professorship of Biochemistry at the Medical University of Lusatia - Carl Thiem (MUL-CT) in Cottbus. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage office organization, handle complex scheduling, and coordinate correspondence. You will also take on specialized tasks such as managing financial procurement processes, assisting with personnel administration (contracts and hiring), and organizing travel and events, including minutes-taking. A key part of the role includes supporting the organization of teaching activities and examinations for the university's growing medical program.
