Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary technical point of contact for a family-owned printing and media house with over 100 years of history. Operating across two locations in Greven and Selm, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of IT infrastructure, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and diverse IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing data backups, and overseeing the procurement of IT inventory. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science (System Integration), a technical university degree, or equivalent professional experience. Certifications such as MCP or LPIC are considered a plus.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT systems and network administration
- Foundational knowledge in modern IT infrastructure and network technologies
- Experience with hardware and software procurement and contract maintenance
- Practical experience in server testing and commissioning
- Experience working with cross-manufacturer IT solutions
