Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable IT qualification.
Experience
- Practical experience in client management and 2nd-level technical support
- Professional experience in software packaging using tools such as Baramundi, SCCM, or Intune
- Experience in the administration and support of mobile end devices via MDM systems
- Proven experience working with Active Directory and Windows-based client environments
- Experience in ticket documentation and processing within IT service management tools
