Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Specialist within the Office for Organization and Digitalization, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT users at the District Office. Your daily responsibilities involve providing 1st-level support by receiving, documenting, and prioritizing incidents and service requests using the ServiceNow ITSM system. Beyond troubleshooting standard software and hardware issues, you will play an active role in optimizing internal service processes, contributing to knowledge management, and expanding the service catalog. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in IT service management is preferred
- Experience in handling service requests and incident prioritization within a ticketing system
- Proven experience in user support and standard software troubleshooting
- Experience working within structured ITIL-based environments
