As a Research Associate, you will engage in the full development cycle of photonic devices, from simulation and AI-assisted design to fabrication and characterization. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics.

Experience

  • Professional experience in research and development within materials science, physics, or electrical engineering
  • Experience in the design and realization of experimental laboratory setups
  • Experience in simulating photonic components or physical systems
  • Previous exposure to cleanroom or fabrication techniques such as lithography is advantageous
  • Experience in academic teaching or supervising student labs is preferred
