Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role at the University of Rostock's Institute of Physics involves the independent management and supervision of physics laboratory courses, specifically for teacher training programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding students through experiments, grading technical documentation, and developing new laboratory setups. You will be responsible for creating instructional materials using LaTeX, updating experiment manuals, and ensuring all laboratory activities comply with safety and fire protection regulations. The position is highly collaborative, requiring coordination with teaching staff and students while managing the procurement of laboratory components. Required Skills

Education

University degree (State Examination, Diploma, Master's, or equivalent) in Physics with at least a 'good' grade. A Doctorate (PhD) is desirable.
