Job Summary

This role involves providing critical on-site technical support for a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, specifically operating within clinical and healthcare environments in Bad Kreuznach. As an IT On-Site Supporter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of user support, including ticket processing via ServiceNow, hardware maintenance, and Windows client administration. The position requires a high degree of service orientation and empathy, as you will be working in sensitive clinical settings interacting directly with healthcare staff and executives. You will manage both stationary and mobile workplace systems, including desktops, notebooks, and smartphones, while ensuring stable IT services. Required Skills

Education
