Job Summary

As a Local Clinical Trial Manager (LCTM) within the Functional Service Provider division, you will be the primary operational lead for clinical study delivery in Germany. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical trials, from site selection and regulatory submissions to study close-out and data cleaning. Your day-to-day involves leading a cross-functional local study team, managing study budgets, and ensuring that all clinical deliverables meet strict quality, cost, and timeline expectations. You will serve as the critical link between the central global study team and local clinical sites, troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
