Job Summary

This 12-month graduate development program offers an exceptional entry point for recent Life Science graduates to launch a commercial career within a world-leading scientific organization. Based in Darmstadt, you will work closely with Account Managers to identify and capture sales opportunities, manage customer relationships, and achieve territory sales targets. Day-to-day activities include coordinating sales processes, preparing and following up on quotations, and maintaining customer data within CRM systems. You will participate in intensive sales, product, and systems training through the Thermo Fisher University. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Life Sciences, Biology, Biochemistry, or a similar field is required.

Experience

  • Recent graduate with a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Science field
  • Initial experience in sales or other customer-facing roles is considered an advantage
  • Professional experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
