You will work closely with management and the tax office to bring order to accounting processes and develop reliable decision-making frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to identify trends and deviations. You will also handle preparatory accounting, including accounts payable and receivable management, while monitoring project budgets and cash flows. The position is based in Schwerin with a focus on local team collaboration, though situational home office is possible. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker who enjoys digital tools and wants to take ownership of financial processes. The company offers a supportive environment with a dedicated mentor, flexible working hours (30-40 hours per week), and a salary range between €32,400 and €42,000 depending on experience.

- Professional experience in the finance sector, such as a Tax Assistant, Accountant, or Controller
- Experience in preparing financial data for management reporting and decision-making
- Proven experience in handling preparatory accounting and coordinating with tax advisors
- Experience working with digital financial tools and paperless workflows
