As an IT Support Specialist at MANDARIN IT, you will be responsible for managing complex IT environments and providing high-quality technical assistance to customers. Your day-to-day activities will involve multi-channel communication via phone, tickets, and remote sessions, as well as on-site support at client locations. Required Skills
Education

Experience
