As an AML Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing approximately 8,500 companies, including real estate agents, gambling operators, and luxury goods dealers. Your day-to-day activities will include educating businesses on their legal obligations under the Money Laundering Act and conducting on-site inspections to enforce compliance. Experience

  • Professional experience in administration, law, or finance within a public authority (state, federal, or local level)
  • Experience in business auditing, cash auditing, or general business administration is highly desirable
  • Professional background in applying administrative law, police law (POG), or regulatory offense law (OWiG)
  • Experience in independent, structured, and responsible project or case management
  • Proven experience in professional communication and conflict resolution with external organizations
