As a Field Service Engineer based in Kiel, you will serve as the primary on-site technical contact for IT support across various branch and customer locations. Your daily responsibilities involve a dynamic mix of hardware and software installations, system migrations, and troubleshooting 1st and 2nd level support issues. You will be responsible for managing Windows images, administering Active Directory environments, and maintaining network infrastructure including switches and routers. This role is highly autonomous, requiring you to travel to client sites to perform IMAC/R/D services and ensure printer systems are functioning correctly. This position is particularly attractive as it offers a company car for private use, and all travel time is compensated as 100% working time. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Practical experience with hardware and software rollouts and migrations
  • Experience in creating, deploying, and maintaining Windows images
  • Proven experience in Active Directory administration
  • Experience in troubleshooting network components such as switches and routers
