Job Summary

As an IT Rollout Technician in Frankfurt, you will be the primary point of contact for users within a 'TechLounge' environment and during floorwalks. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing first-level hardware support for Windows notebooks, MacBooks, and iOS devices, as well as managing user accounts within Azure and Intune. You will be responsible for ticket creation and maintenance using ServiceNow (SNOW), documenting errors for escalation to second-level support, and resolving issues based on knowledge base entries. This role is highly interactive, requiring you to assist both German and English-speaking users with Microsoft 365, Citrix VDI software, and mobile device setups.
