Job Summary
As an IT Process Manager at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the operational management and continuous improvement of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within an enterprise environment. Your daily activities will involve implementing CMDB processes in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Halo ITSM, performing data validation and cleanup during migrations, and developing KPIs and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to monitor process performance. You will act as a key coordinator between internal technical teams and external service providers to manage technical integrations and discovery sources. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable vocational qualification.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of Configuration Management
- Professional experience with ITSM platforms such as Halo ITSM or ServiceNow
- Practical experience in CMDB migrations and transitioning between different platforms
- Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
- Experience applying ITIL methodologies (v3, v4, or v5) in a professional setting
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and external service providers
