As a Test Bench Technician for Internal Combustion Engines (ICE), you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of tests on combustion engines and exhaust aftertreatment systems. Your daily activities include installing test objects such as exhaust systems and sensors, performing maintenance and repairs on test bench equipment, and operating computer-controlled measurement systems. You will work closely with development and test engineers to analyze results and ensure technical accuracy. Required Skills

Education

Technical training as a Mechatronics Technician, Mechanical Engineer, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in working with test benches or internal combustion engines
  • Practical experience in the installation of exhaust systems and sensors
  • Demonstrated experience using automation and calibration tools such as PUMA, INCA, or Vision
  • Experience in operating computer-aided measurement and control systems
