This role involves the planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of cloud-based Atlassian platforms (Jira and Confluence) for the German Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA). As a central administrator, you will translate departmental requirements into technical specifications, ensure high availability and security of the software architecture, and perform troubleshooting within the system environment. You will work in a collaborative team environment to develop digital solutions for project management and knowledge platforms used by national police forces. Experience

  • Alternatively, at least 3 years of professional IT experience if applying with a vocational IT qualification
  • Professional experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or similar project management software
  • Experience in modern information technology areas such as virtualization, cloud technologies, or server administration
