As an Application & Systems Support Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for the WinGuard platform and its extensive range of over 500 adapters. Your daily responsibilities involve structuring and prioritizing support tickets, performing hands-on troubleshooting via remote sessions (e.g., TeamViewer), and analyzing complex network issues and protocols. You will be responsible for managing certificates and integrating diverse IT disciplines including virtualization, databases, and IT security mechanisms. This role is highly collaborative, requiring international cooperation to ensure the stable operation of integrated systems while documenting solutions to build a robust internal knowledge base.
