Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructures for prominent clients. Your daily responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd-level support both on-site and remotely, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing client systems such as notebooks and desktops. You will handle user administration via Active Directory, maintain mobile devices and peripherals, and contribute to the continuous improvement of User Helpdesk (UHD) processes. This role is ideal for a 'digital native' who enjoys working with modern tools and frameworks. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed vocational training or retraining in the field of Information Technology (IT).
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and User Helpdesk environments
- Experience in the installation and configuration of hardware and software
- Proven experience using ticket systems and maintaining technical knowledge bases
- Demonstrated experience in Active Directory administration and user permissions management
