As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure for high-profile clients and solution providers. Your daily routine involves providing 1st and 2nd level support via on-site visits, remote maintenance, and telephone, addressing both hardware and software issues. You will handle the full lifecycle of client systems—including notebooks, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals—from installation and configuration to ongoing administration. Beyond troubleshooting, you will manage user permissions in Active Directory, maintain IT knowledge databases, and contribute to the optimization of User Helpdesk (UHD) processes.
