Job Summary
Join a cross-functional product team at REWE digital as an experienced SAP ABAP Developer, focusing on the Human Capital Management (HCM) modules PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organizational Management), including SAP Business Warehouse. You will be instrumental in optimizing and migrating existing SAP HCM applications to SAP S/4HANA, specifically preparing the on-premise system for HANA (H4S4) and ensuring smooth monthly payroll processes for a large corporation. This role offers continuous professional development through workshops, in-house training, and access to the SAP Learning Hub, fostering a culture of innovation and lifelong learning. Required Skills
Education
Vocational training as an IT specialist or a degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in ABAP/-OO programming, preferably with a focus on SAP PY module
- Experience in adjusting code for SAP HANA optimization is desirable
- Experience with various development methods and tools
- Experience in interface programming (e.g., IDOC, REST, Batch-Input)
