As a Payroll Specialist in Wetzlar, you will manage the end-to-end preparation of monthly payroll for employees in close coordination with the Human Resources department. Your daily responsibilities include collecting and processing all payroll-relevant data, ensuring timely transmission to external payroll service providers, and fulfilling statutory reporting obligations to authorities such as tax offices and social security agencies. You will also manage company pension schemes and support national audits related to wage tax and social security. Experience

  • Professional experience as a Payroll Clerk, Payroll Accountant, or HR Administrator
  • Proven experience in handling statutory reporting and communicating with social security agencies and tax authorities
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is required
