Job Summary

As a Master Electrician or Electrical Technician in Fürth, you will play a critical role in monitoring and controlling supply networks for electricity, gas, district heating, and drinking water. Using a modern control system, you will oversee grid operations, manage medium and low-voltage networks, and coordinate remote switching operations during both planned maintenance and emergency disruptions. You will also serve as a key point of contact for the fault hotline, coordinating repair services and communicating with authorities and other grid control centers. This role requires a high degree of responsibility and the ability to maintain composure during critical system situations. The position is particularly attractive due to its long-term perspective with a permanent contract, above-tariff compensation, and the opportunity to work with advanced digital solutions in the energy sector. Candidates must be willing to work in a continuous shift model (morning, late, and night shifts) including weekends.
