Job Summary

As the Team Lead for Operating Systems, you will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to a specialized team of 10 developers focused on Embedded Linux and Functional Safety. Based in Nuremberg, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing smaller projects in collaboration with the PMO, and resolving complex technical challenges. Your daily activities will include estimating software development efforts, moderating technical discussions to facilitate decision-making, and continuously improving internal software development processes.
