Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the IT endpoint infrastructure for a hospital in Leipzig. As the Head of IT Field Service, you will spend approximately 70% of your time in a hands-on capacity managing and setting up hardware including PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, and telephony systems. The remaining portion of the role focuses on strategic development, where you will define endpoint standards, optimize delivery processes, and manage procurement and documentation. You will lead technical projects and rollouts while serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
