Job Summary

As an IT Service Management Specialist for a global consulting firm, you will be responsible for designing and advancing professional reporting standards including SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics. Operating in the Nuremberg region, your day-to-day involves conducting structured analyses to improve service quality and performance, while establishing efficient IT project management standards such as risk management and action planning. You will coordinate the Business Needs Process (BNP) and ensure strict adherence to IT standards through regular reviews and documentation. Beyond technical oversight, you will play a key role in internal IT communication and the development of modern training programs. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable field of study; ITIL 4 and Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM) required.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in an IT or service-oriented environment
  • Proven experience in designing and developing IT reporting standards and KPIs
  • Experience in establishing IT project management standards and risk management
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Power BI for service analysis
  • Experience in coordinating business needs processes and internal IT communications
