Job Summary
As a Desktop Support Administrator in Nuremberg, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of complex IT system environments. Your daily activities include processing tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing 1st and 2nd level support, and performing remote troubleshooting via incident and change management.
