Job Summary

As a Project Manager for Road Planning, you will be responsible for the independent coordination, control, and project management of road construction measures and related administrative tasks within the Karlsruhe branch. Your day-to-day will involve tendering for necessary investigations such as prospecting for archaeological sites, hydrogeological studies, and safety audits. You will also review expert reports on noise protection, pollutants, and soil conditions. A key part of your role includes independently awarding contracts for services to engineering firms and managing contract execution in cooperation with other planning departments. This role offers the chance to contribute to maintaining and developing Germany's vital highway infrastructure, working with a team to ensure safe and mobile transportation.
