Job Summary
This role at ecodata solutions GmbH involves the remote commissioning of innovative 'SmartDog' park controllers and energy management systems for photovoltaic plants, battery storage, and charging infrastructure. As a technical expert, you will provide critical project planning and design support to specialist partners, assisting them via telephone hotlines and ticket systems. You will also be responsible for conducting partner training sessions and representing the company at industry trade fairs. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electronics or electrical engineering, supplemented by a degree or advanced technical qualification such as a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or State-Certified Technician (Elektrotechniker).
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical or electronic systems
- Experience in remote maintenance and commissioning of energy management systems
- Experience in customer support or technical partner consulting
- Experience in medium voltage technology, large-scale battery systems, or photovoltaics is highly desirable
