This role supports the Bavarian State Office for Taxes in Munich or Nuremberg, focusing on the essential financial operations that keep the state functioning. As a Procurement and Controlling Specialist, you will handle the end-to-end processing of procurement requests for office equipment and furniture, ensuring that orders are tracked and invoices are settled accurately. Your daily responsibilities will involve budget execution, maintaining article master data, and analyzing budget lists to generate vital statistics. You will also play a key role in financial planning and controlling measures within the Integrated Budget and Cash System. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Management Assistant for Office Management, Industrial Clerk, Retail Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or a similar commercial/accounting qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative or commercial roles
  • Experience in procurement processes and order control
  • Experience in budget management or bookkeeping is preferred
  • Experience in maintaining financial statistics and data evaluation
