Job Summary
As an IT Account Manager at SHD System-Haus-Dresden GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for over 500 clients across Northern and Eastern Germany. Operating out of Berlin, Leipzig, or Dresden, your daily activities will involve acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts with a focus on IT infrastructure and complex digital solutions. You will lead internal teams of solution architects and IT consultants to craft, calculate, and finalize service contracts and project offers. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to act as the central point of contact for clients while actively shaping the company's product portfolio. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in a technical or business administration field.
Experience

- Proven track record in customer acquisition and long-term account management
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams such as Solution Architects and Consultants during the bidding process
- Regional market experience within the German SME sector, industrial companies, or research institutes
