As the Head of the Linz Water District, you will be responsible for the technical and strategic direction of water management and ecological planning within the region. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Master's/Diploma/Doctorate), Bachelor's degree, or Higher Technical Institute (HTL) diploma in Civil Engineering or Natural Sciences, preferably with a focus on Hydraulic Engineering.

Experience

  • 3 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's or Doctoral degree
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • 7 years of relevant professional experience with a Higher Technical Institute (HTL) diploma
  • Professional experience in hydraulic engineering and water management
  • Experience in leadership or project management is preferred
  • Experience with public administration processes and economic procedure management
