As an Electrical Engineering Team Lead, you will take on a pivotal role coordinating a technical team while remaining actively involved in hands-on development and customer projects. You will also provide critical support during commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting phases. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification such as a certified Technician or Master Craftsman with relevant experience.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering or special plant construction
  • Extensive professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
  • Proven experience in electrical design using EPLAN
  • Practical experience in PLC programming and/or microcontroller development
  • Experience in PCB design, including layout and circuit development
  • Leadership experience in a technical team environment
