Job Summary
As the Head of Enterprise Service Management, you will lead and develop an eight-person team, including trainees and students, at the company's Gummersbach headquarters. This pivotal role involves strategically shaping and advancing the department, its services, and the overall ESM system. You will ensure efficient operations, adapt structures and processes, and take conceptual responsibility for all changes and expansions within the ESM landscape. A key part of the role is overseeing the implementation of ESM projects, presenting them to management, and managing the ESM product board. Required Skills
Education
Completed MINT (Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Technology) degree or comparable education; Relevant further training in ESM
Experience
- At least three years of professional experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
- Leadership experience
- Experience in managing external service providers
