This role is central to shaping the internal service and consulting offerings across the group's processes, including HR, Finance, Administration, and Digital Business Transformation. You will be responsible for applying agile methodologies to project execution, managing stakeholders across IT platforms and specialized departments, and documenting processes. A crucial part of the job involves budget and timeline monitoring, preparing regular status reports, and consulting management on project steering and portfolio transparency. The ideal candidate holds a STEM degree or equivalent qualification and brings at least three years of relevant professional experience, coupled with expertise in methodologies like PRINCE2, Scrum, or Kanban.
