Job Summary

As the Team Lead for SAP Development at FERCHAU's headquarters in Gummersbach, you will spearhead the strategic evolution of the internal SAP development team. Your daily responsibilities involve providing both disciplinary and technical leadership, defining and enforcing development guidelines, and managing key stakeholders across various projects. You will be instrumental in designing modern SAP solutions from conception to documentation, focusing on S/4HANA, FIORI, and SuccessFactors. This role requires a hands-on approach to both frontend and backend development, as well as the technical planning of system maintenance, upgrades, and patches. You will also lead feasibility studies and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for innovative SAP technologies, integrating them with platforms like MS 365 and Salesforce.
