Job Summary
This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for the technical service and assembly operations at the Ammersbek site near Hamburg. You will lead a team of approximately 20 employees, focusing on staff development, feedback cycles, and personnel decisions. Day-to-day, you will manage revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction while overseeing resource planning, capacity management, and the coordination of subcontractors and construction sites. A key part of the role is optimizing service processes and introducing digital tools and new service concepts. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training or degree (e.g., Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Master Craftsman/Technician in Electrical/SHK/Metal, Building Services Engineering, or Civil Engineering).
Experience
- Several years of disciplinary leadership experience in construction, assembly, or service organizations (minimum team size of 10 employees)
- Professional experience in site or assembly coordination within TGA, electrical, SHK, or metal sectors
- Proven experience in subcontractor management, scheduling, and quality control
- Extensive experience in personnel development, including feedback and annual performance reviews
