Job Summary
This leadership role involves taking full responsibility for the technical service and installation department at the Ammersbek site near Hamburg. You will lead a team of approximately 20 employees, overseeing day-to-day operations including resource planning, site coordination, and subcontractor management. The position focuses on optimizing service processes, introducing digital tools, and ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in developing the location's structures and making strategic personnel decisions. This role is ideal for an authentic leader who enjoys entrepreneurial thinking and possesses a strong background in Technical Building Services (TGA). Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training or degree (e.g., Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Master Craftsman/Technician in Electrical or HVAC, or a degree in TGA or Civil Engineering).
Experience
- Several years of disciplinary leadership experience in construction, installation, or service organizations.
- Proven experience leading teams of at least 10 employees, including staff development and performance reviews.
- Extensive professional experience in site or installation coordination within TGA, electrical, or HVAC sectors.
- Demonstrated routine in managing subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control.
