Job Summary

As a key leader within Westfalen Weser, you will take on the strategic, technical, and organizational responsibility for two central departments: 'Concessions & Services' and 'Municipal Solutions.' Your daily work involves leading and developing your teams, fostering a collaborative culture, and defining the strategic direction for concession strategies to secure market positions. You will evaluate network transitions and cooperation models from an economic perspective while designing modern municipal service products and partnership models. This role is central to driving the energy transition at a regional level, acting as a bridge between the utility provider and municipal stakeholders.
