This role offers the opportunity to lead the operational and commercial management of two established radiology sites in Münster as part of the rapidly growing Quartz Healthcare network. You will be responsible for the day-to-day business operations, including budget management, P&L responsibility, and non-medical staff leadership. Key tasks involve optimizing patient workflows, managing personnel deployment for Medical Assistants (MFA) and Radiographers (MTRA), and ensuring high-quality service delivery in coordination with the medical leadership and corporate headquarters.
