Job Summary

As a Radiology MVZ Site Manager / Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the operational and economic leadership of a modern radiology medical care center (MVZ). Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing processes, leading your non-medical team (MFA, MTR, MTRA), and optimizing workflows, utilization, and patient flow. You will also oversee key performance indicators, budget, and profit & loss statements, working closely with the medical leadership and central administration. This role is particularly attractive as it offers a key position with direct reporting to the management and the opportunity to actively shape the development of a site within a rapidly growing healthcare network. The ideal candidate possesses a qualification in healthcare, several years of experience in practice management or a similar healthcare setting with a focus on radiology, and a strong understanding of radiological processes and business administration.
