Job Summary

As an In-house Service Technician, you will serve as a primary technical point of contact for partners, installers, and end customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve handling technical inquiries, providing remote diagnostics, and troubleshooting complex system configurations, primarily via a telephone hotline. You will play a critical role in the planning and commissioning of integrated energy systems and sector-coupling products. Beyond immediate support, you will analyze error patterns to develop independent resolution strategies and collaborate closely with product management and quality departments to identify and rectify product weaknesses. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys technical problem-solving and cross-departmental collaboration. Required Skills

Education

Completed further training as a Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician (Techniker), a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in technical customer service
  • Experience in technical consulting and supporting installers or end-users
  • Experience in identifying and analyzing technical product vulnerabilities
  • Professional experience in planning and commissioning complex technical plants or systems
